5. วัตถุประสงค์กำรเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

6. กำรเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัท จะไม่นำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่ำนไปเปิดเผยแก่บุคคลภำยนอก เว้นแต่กรณีดังนี้
      6.1 ได้รับควำมยินยอมจำกเจ้ำของข้อมูล
      6.2 ได้รับคำสั่งจำกศำล พนักงำนเจ้ำหน้ำที่ หรือ กฎหมำย ให้เปิดเผยข้อมูลดังกล่ำว
      6.3 โปรดทรำบว่ำ บริษัทอำจส่งต่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่ำนระหว่ำงบริษัทในเครือด้วยกัน เพื่อกำรให้บริกำรแก่ท่ำนอย่ำงมีประสิทธิภำพและบรรลุตำมวัตถุประสงค์ โดยข้อมูลที่อำจส่งต่อได้แก่ ชื่อลูกค้ำ ที่อยู่ หมำยเลขโทรศัพท์ หมำยเลขโทรสำร ที่อยู่อีเมล ชื่อบริษัท (องค์กร) ตำแหน่งงำน และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกำรขำย โดยจะเปิดเผยข้อมูลดังกล่ำวเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในกำรบริกำรเท่ำนั้น
      6.4 ในกำรเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่ำว บริษัทดำเนินกำรเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่ำน จะได้รับควำมคุ้มครองและพันธมิตรทำงธุรกิจหรือบุคคลที่สำมที่บริษัท เปิดเผยข้อมูลจะดำเนินกำรตำมที่บริษัทกำหนด และจะไม่ใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์หรือผลประโยชน์ของบุคคลที่สำมนั้นเอง มำตรกำรดังกล่ำวอำจรวมถึงกำรทำสัญญำกับพันธมิตรทำงธุรกิจและบุคคลที่สำมตำมที่บริษัทเห็นสมควร ในกรณีที่ท่ำนให้ควำมยินยอม บริษัทจะเปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่ำนกับบริษัทที่เป็นพันธมิตร (partners) หรือบุคคลอื่น เพื่อที่บริษัทจะได้เสนอผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริกำรไปยังท่ำน บริษัทจะเปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่ำนไปยังบริษัทที่เป็นพันธมิตรของบริษัทหรือบุคคลอื่น ทั้งนี้ บุคคลอื่น หรือบริษัทที่เป็นพันธมิตรของบริษัทนั้น อำจมีกำรเพิ่มขึ้นหรือลดลงได้ ซึ่งบริษัทจะทำกำรปรับปรุงข้อมูลให้เป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ
      6.5 กำรเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในกรณีอื่น

          (4) กำรพิจำรณำคดี กำรดำเนินคดี กำรสืบสวน สอบสวน และเรื่องทำงกฎหมำยอื่น ๆ ที่มีข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเข้ำมำเกี่ยวข้อง
          (5) กำรตรวจสอบเหตุกำรณ์ด้ำนควำมปลอดภัย
          (6) กำรบังคับใช้ข้อกำหนดในกำรให้บริกำรของบริษัท
      6.6 กำรโอน ถ่ำย และ/หรือส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่ำนไปยังต่ำงประเทศ
ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่ำนอำจถูกโอน ถ่ำย ถูกจัดเก็บไว้ หรือถูกประมวลผลโดยบริษัทหรืออำจถูกส่งให้แก่บุคคลหรือหน่วยงำนใด ๆ ซึ่งอำจมีที่ตั้งหรืออำจให้บริกำรอยู่ในประเทศไทยหรือต่ำงประเทศ ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจะกำหนดมำตรฐำนในกำรทำข้อตกลง และ/หรือ สัญญำร่วมธุรกิจกับหน่วยงำน องค์กรที่จะได้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนั้น ในมำตรฐำนกำรคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เป็นที่ยอมรับ และสอดคล้องกับกฎหมำยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่ำน จะได้รับกำรคุ้มครองอย่ำงปลอดภัยเป็นที่สุด
กรณีที่บริษัทฯจะโอน ถ่ำย และ/หรือ ส่งข้อมูลไปยังต่ำงประเทศ เช่น
           (1) กำรใช้สินค้ำหรือบริกำรต่อในต่ำงประเทศ
           (2) กรณีที่บริษัทมีจัดเก็บ โอนย้ำย ถ่ำยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เพื่อกำรจัดเก็บในต่ำงประเทศ
           (3) กำรให้บริกำรอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับสินค้ำหรือบริกำรของบริษัท
บริษัทจะโอนย้ำย ถ่ำย ส่งต่อข้อมูลไปยังต่ำงประเทศต่อเมื่อปรำกฏว่ำ ผู้รับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลมีมำตรฐำนกำรคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เพียงพอ เช่น
ก. กำรประมวลผลในระบบคลำวด์ (Cloud) โดยองค์กรที่มีมำตรฐำนควำมมั่นคง
ข. จัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในรูปแบบกำรเข้ำรหัส หรือวิธีกำรอื่น ๆ ที่ไม่สำมำรถระบุตัวตนของเจ้ำของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ และรูปแบบนั้นมีควำมปลอดภัยระดับสำกล
      6.7 แพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท อำจมีลิงก์เชื่อมโยงไปยังเว็บไซต์อื่น ๆ โปรดทรำบว่ำบริษัทจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อกำรปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ใช้โดยเว็บไซต์อื่น นอกเหนือจำกเว็บของบริษัทเอง

7. กำรรักษำควำมมั่งคงปลอดภัย
ทำงบริษัทมีมำตรกำรในกำรรักษำควำมมั่นคงปลอดภัยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เหมำะสม ดังนี้
      7.1 บริษัทมีกำรจำกัดคนเข้ำถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไว้สำหรับพนักงำน ลูกจ้ำงที่จำเป็นต้องทรำบข้อมูลนั้นเพื่อทำกำรประมวลผลข้อมูลให้โดยที่บุคคลเหล่ำนั้นต้องปฏิบัติตำมข้อกำหนดกำรรักษำข้อมูลที่เป็นควำมลับตำมสัญญำอย่ำงเข้มงวด
      7.2 กำรเข้ำรหัส บริษัทใช้กำรเข้ำรหัสแบบ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) เพื่อให้แน่ใจได้ว่ำกำรส่งผ่ำนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณอย่ำงปลอดภัย

8. สิทธิของเจ้ำของข้อมูล
เจ้ำของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลมีสิทธิตำมกฎหมำยโดยจะได้กล่ำวต่อไปนี้ โดยสำมำรถแจ้งให้ทำงบริษัททรำบเป็นลำยลักษณ์อักษรผ่ำน "แบบคำร้องขอเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Personal Information Request Form)" หรือผ่ำนทำงอีเมล Thehighsupply.phuket@gmail.com หรือผ่ำน Call Center เพื่อแจ้งควำมประสงค์ดังกล่ำว
      8.1 ท่ำนมีสิทธิคัดค้ำนหรือเพิกถอนควำมยินยอม
      8.2 ท่ำนมีสิทธิโต้แย้ง หรือ คัดค้ำนกำรเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูล
      8.3 ท่ำนมีสิทธิเข้ำถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยท่ำนสำมำรถขอสำเนำข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเกี่ยวกับท่ำน โดยบริษัทจะนำส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้แก่ท่ำนภำยในกำหนดระยะเวลำ 30 (สำมสิบ) วัน นับแต่มีกำรส่งคำขอถึงบริษัท
      8.4 ท่ำนมีสิทธิแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยท่ำนสำมำรถขอให้บริษัทแก้ไขข้อผิดพลำดหรือข้อมูลที่ขำดหำยในข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
      8.5 ท่ำนมีสิทธิขอให้ระงับกำรใช้ หรือ เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
      8.6 ท่ำนมีสิทธิขอลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยท่ำนสำมำรถขอให้ดำเนินกำรลบ หรือ ทำลำยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่ำน
      8.7 ท่ำนมีสิทธิขอให้เปิดเผยถึงกำรได้มำซึ่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่ำน
      8.8 ท่ำนมีสิทธิขอให้ถ่ำยโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่ำน
      8.9 บริษัทจะดำเนินกำรตำมคำขอของท่ำนและจะไม่ เก็บรวบรวม เปิดเผย ส่งต่อ หรือนำไปใช้ซึ่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่ำนอีกต่อไป
      8.10 กำรเพิกถอนควำมยินยอมนั้น อำจมีบำงบริกำรที่บริษัทไม่สำมำรถให้บริกำรแก่ท่ำนได้หำกปรำศจำกควำมยินยอมของท่ำน ทั้งนี้บริษัทจะแจ้งให้ทรำบถึงผลของกำรเพิกถอนควำมยินยอมภำยหลังจำกที่บริษัทได้รับคำร้องขอเพิกถอน

9. คณะทำงำนตำมพระรำชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562
บริษัท ได้มีกำรแต่งตั้งคณะทำงำนตำม พระรำชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 เพื่อศึกษำ เตรียมควำมพร้อม ดำเนินกำรและให้คำปรึกษำเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ให้สอดคล้องกับ พ.ร.บ. ฉบับดังกล่ำวและกฎหมำยอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

10. กำรเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบำยคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
บริษัทจะทำกำรพิจำรณำทบทวนนโยบำยคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นประจำ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับแนวปฏิบัติ และกฎหมำย ข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทั้งนี้ บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิในกำรเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบำยดังกล่ำวในเว็บไซต์โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ท่ำนทรำบล่วงหน้ำ
